If we process personal data, we must inform the data subjects comprehensively about the processing before collecting the data. We fulfil this information obligation in the form of data protection notices. These can be provided in writing or electronically.
Structure and content of the data protection information
- Data protection notices always follow the same structure (the structure can be found in the template linked below).
- An important part of the data protection information is the naming of the legal basis of the data processing in accordance with Article 6 GDPR, as well as the naming of the rights of the data subjects.
