Part of the project preparation is the coordination of organisational processes with the partner organisations. This is where existing regulations and working methods meet the expectations and requirements of the other project organisations. 

Personal data plays a role in the following topics, among others: 

• Which communication channels and communication services are used for which purposes (e.g. e-mail, messenger, video conferencing systems)?
  
• How does the team work together on project results? Are there collaborative tools, such as a shared document repository? Who has access to them?
• Are events planned to which external participants are also invited? What data is collected from these people?

Task

Take 10 minutes to note down which aspects of your project arise from the above questions and how you deal with these issues in practice. Make a list of the existing practices in your organisation.
