Now add to each point which data you and your project partners store in the respective service or system.
Examples of data types:
- Personal data (name, date of birth, address,...)
- Contact data (e-mail address, telephone number, ...)
- Contract data for contracts with individuals or organisations (at least one contact person is also named here)
- Employee data (function, activity, remuneration, personnel ID,...)
- Master data of customers and suppliers
- Performance data (timesheets and time sheets of project participants)
- Data on course participants (name, address, learning content, performance data, etc.)
- Communication data (content of emails, chats, etc.)
- Usage data generated when using individual services and services in the respective systems
- ...
This list is without guarantee and is only intended to provide an insight into the extent to which personal data may be generated in a project.
Also note whether the data is data from the project partners or data from third parties (e.g. participants).
