Data protection information
As mentioned at the beginning, you must inform participants about the processing of personal data before using a video conferencing solution. In practice, project teams often refrain from providing written information for internal conferences. However, you should at least verbally agree in advance within the team which solution you will be using. As soon as external participants are invited to a video conference, you should provide the data protection information in writing in advance.
