In Erasmus+ projects, the public is regularly informed about the progress and results of the project. In addition to on-site events, digital channels such as websites, video conferences and social media are also used for this purpose. Here too, personal data is collected that is protected by data protection laws, such as usage data, media data such as audio, photos and videos or data on participation in events.



Task

Compile a list of the channels you use for public relations work in your project. Make a note of which personal data is processed in the process.

Here too, first ask your organisation whether the relevant documents already exist.

Possible channels include

  • Print products such as flyers and brochures
  • Own newsletter
  • Publication on your own website
  • Publication on external websites (e.g. external portals)
  • Social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, X and similar
  • Own on-site events 
  • Online events such as presentations and webinars
  • ...
