Photo and video recordings at events
- As soon as photographs or video recordings are made or published, in most cases we require the consent of those present.
- At public events, this consent is usually obtained in advance (e.g. in the invitation or registration) or regulated at the event itself (e.g. through notices and declarations of consent at the entrance).
- You are on the safe side with written consent from the persons concerned and can provide proof of consent if required.
- You should also ensure compliance with copyright and usage rights.
