Exercise: personal data in your project

In this exercise, you will create a list that gives you an overview of what data you process and how you process it as part of your work. The list serves as the basis for the exercises in the later sections of the course.
Various types of personal data are collected as part of projects. This can come from internal or external project participants, but also from external persons involved in the project.
The term personal data includes not only names and contact details, but all data that allows conclusions to be drawn about a person.
Task:
Take 15 minutes to think about the types of personal data that will be collected as part of your project.
Make a list for each of the following groups of people:
- Internal project participants
- External project partners
- Other persons such as consultants and experts
- Participants in training or further education programmes
