Abschlussbedingungen
In this exercise, you will create a list that gives you an overview of what data you process and how you process it as part of your work. The list serves as the basis for the exercises in the later sections of the course.
Resolution
The list depends on the type and design of your project and can therefore vary. Possible categories of data can be the following:
- Personal data (name, date of birth, address,...)
- Contact details (e-mail address, telephone number,...)
- Contract data for contracts with individuals or organisations (at least one contact person is also named here)
- Employee data (function, activity, remuneration, personnel number,...)
- Master data of customers and suppliers
- Performance data (e.g. timesheets and time sheets, references, certificates, etc.)
- Participant data (name, address, learning content, performance data, ...)
- Communication data (e.g. communication content of e-mail, chats,...)
- Usage data generated when using individual services and services in the respective systems
- ...
This list is not binding and is only intended to give you an initial idea of the personal data that may be collected in your project. It is best to discuss this with the team members to ensure that your list is complete.
Task
Check your list and add to it if necessary. Update your list using the data categories described.
